Bam Margera got himself some fresh ink this week – a tattoo of his late pal Ryan Dunn on his right shoulder.

Margera, fresh off a few broken ribs from falling down the stairs, got the tat done by the same guy who does Lil Wayne's stuff.

Oprah Winfrey Sued for Allegedly Stealing Own Your Power Slogan

Oprah Winfrey stole her famous phrase "Own Your Power" ... from a New Jersey business woman -- that's according to a lawsuit filed against O and Harpo Productions.

In a lawsuit filed Thursday in a New Jersey federal court, Simone Kelly-Brown (CEO of something called Own Your Power Communications, Inc.) claims her company has been around since 1996 ... providing "a personal brand of self-awareness and motivational communication services."

According to the trademark infringement suit ... Kelly-Brown claims all the trouble started with the October 2010 issue of Oprah's magazine, which included the headline "Own Your Power."

The suit claims the infringement continued when the magazine directed readers to a section of O's website called Own Your Power (see it here).

Kelly-Brown alleges a self-help collision nearly occurred when she and Oprah both hosted Own Your Power events in the same city ... just days apart.

Kelly-Brown is suing for unspecified damages.

A rep for Harpo issued a statement to EW, saying, "Harpo has not been served and we have no information about what allegations are being made."

Casey Anthony -- No Interviews, I'm Getting Treatment

Casey Anthony won't be sitting down with ABC .. NBC ... CBS or any other network for at least a couple of months -- TMZ has learned Casey will be seeking professional treatment for serious mental issues instead.

Sources close to Anthony tell us ... Casey is seeking treatment for three reasons:

First, Casey now realizes that her questionable behavior when her daughter Caylee went missing back in 2008 stemmed from "obvious mental health issues."

The second reason -- Casey still needs help coping with the "obvious trauma of losing her child."

Third, Casey spent nearly three years in solitary confinement in a Florida jail ... where she spent 23 hours a day in a 4x9 foot cell ... all while facing murder chargers. Our source, directly connected to Casey, tells us, "It messed with her head."

We're told Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, will continue to field offers on behalf of Casey ... and when she's healthy, Anthony will have the final word on where and how her story will be told.

Soulja Boy -- Accused of $55 Million Lie About Private Jet

Soulja Boy -- along with several members of his inner circle -- perpetuated a lie about purchasing a $55 million G5 jet ... at least that's what a spokesperson for Soulja is now saying.

Earlier this week, TMZ spoke with Soulja, a member of his management team named Shai Storm and Soulja's assistant -- who all verified Soulja dropped the cash on the private jet as a 21st birthday gift to himself.

In fact, Soulja even went on a radio show yesterday in Miami -- after TMZ's story posted -- and when asked if he bought the plane, coyly told the DJ he was "G5 status" ... but never said the story was false.

Now, Soulja's "spokesperson" Greg Miller has issued a statement on behalf of the rapper ... saying the "elaborate rumors" are "not true."

Funny, because when our reporter spoke with Soulja earlier this week -- and asked him directly, he responded, "Hell yeah ... I bought it."

Sadly, so did we.

Since Miller's statement, TMZ has made dozens of calls to Shai Storm -- but he hasn't picked up. Storm did return a text message saying he was instructed that all media relations are now going through Miller.

	【UTAU】Ikine Yumi - Akai Ame Song: Akai Ame UTAU: Ikine Yumi This is my first UTAU-song I've made. Explanation (apology) At first I did want to make this song to be all-japanese, but my japanese is _very_ incomplete and in the refrain i gave up. That's why a part of the lyrics are in finnish. I DIDN'T want to make Yumi sing in finnish, but i really didn't have choises, because english is even worse I think... So, I'm not trying to make her sound "cool" or "new" or anything, when she sings finnish.. I HAD to do it.. Still, I'm pretty sure, that there might be some mistakes in japanese lyrics (and english too) and I'm very sorry about it. I should have been studing japanese much more before actually using it, but I wanted to complete this song now, because in two weeks I'll move to single apartment for 3 years, and making music there is impossible. And sorry for the unclear and simple video! But still I am pretty satisfied with the result. At least the music is ok xD And yeah, Even know Yumi sounds like a robot, (Compared to other UTAUs) I like her voice. I wish that I won't be the only one who hears Ikine Yumi and this song.
