WWE RAW Arena -- We Don't Have a Mice Problem!

Filed under: WWE, TMZ Sports, Exclusive

0816-wwe-mouse-video-still-EX

The arena that hosted WWE RAW last night wants to make it perfectly clear ... they do NOT have a rodent infestation -- they were just the innocent victim of a mouse prank.

Ernie Hahn -- GM of Valley View Casino Center -- tells TMZ, the mouse that made a cameo during a bout between Alberto Del Rio and John Cena on last night's show was a white "feeder" mouse bought from a store ... NOT your average wild gray/brown variety.

Ernie claims the color theory proves it wasn't an in-house mouse -- and even if it were, it wouldn't survive long ... because according to Ernie, the arena employs a full-time pest service to keep critters under control.

As for who the vermin vigilante might be -- the GM's stumped.

Arnie Klein Loses $10,000 Jacket Battle with MJ Estate

Filed under: Dr. Arnie Klein, Michael Jackson, Celebrity Justice

0817_arnie_mj_EX
Dr. Arnie Klein's got some fall shopping to catch up on in Beverly Hills -- because TMZ has learned, the Michael Jackson estate just REJECTED the good doc's claim to return his old, $10,000 jacket.

TMZ broke the story -- Klein says he loaned Michael Jackson a $10,000 Gianfranco Ferre jacket before the singer died, but MJ never returned it.

Klein filed a claim against Michael's estate back in February 2010 to get it back -- and yesterday, the estate finally got around to giving him an answer ... go fly a kite.

But the estate didn't just tell Arnie to buzz off -- according to the legal docs, the estate also rejected a former lawyer's $3 million bill, an old accountant's $60,000 bill ... plus an additional $354,230 in other claims.

That said, it's not the end of the road for Arnie or MJ's other creditors -- they can still sue the estate in court. But it's unclear if that's what Arnie and co. plan to do.

Super Bowl Hero Jermaine Lewis -- Cops Tased Me in Front of My 4-Year-Old

Filed under: Jermaine Lewis, TMZ Sports, Celebrity Justice, Exclusive

0817-lewis-jermaine-small-EXRetired NFL receiver Jermaine Lewis tells TMZ, he was NOT resisting arrest when police entered his home and tased him in front of his 4-year-old son on Monday -- after he allegedly went on a reckless joyride.

According to the Baltimore County Police report, 36-year-old Jermaine was accused of driving like a maniac -- swerving all over the place and even hitting a fire department sign in Reisterstown, MD ... without stopping.

According to the report, an officer showed up to the former Baltimore Raven's house soon after he had gotten home and attempted to place Jermaine under arrest for hit-and-run -- but the ex-NFL star allegedly resisted, so the officer tased him.

But now Jermaine is PISSED -- telling TMZ, "I never resisted arrest." Lewis says he was merely sitting on his couch when the officers resorted to using the taser.

What's worse -- Jermaine claims the officer callously whipped out the weapon in front his 4-year-old son ... telling us, his son "was very upset crying and my dog was barking."

Jermaine was released Tuesday on $50,000 bail. He's best known for his thrilling kickoff return touchdown in Super Bowl XXXV.

Gerard Depardieu Pisses On Air France

0817_gerard_depardieu_bn_2

Gerard Depardieu
unloaded on an Air France jet Tuesday ... as in he pissed in the aisle.

Depardieu was on the ground in Paris, waiting for his plane to take off for Dublin, but a delay on the ground proved too much for the actor.

Depardieu told the flight attendant, "Je veux pisser," -- I have to pee -- but she was unmoved ... telling the famous Frenchie he would have to wait 15 minutes because the flight was about to take off.

According to witnesses, Depardieu unzipped his pants and pissed on the aisle carpet.

The jet returned to the gate and it took nearly 2 hours for the ground crew to clean up the mess.

Depardieu was escorted off the plane and it's unclear if authorities will take action against him. Witnesses say the actor was intoxicated.

The actor's reps could not be reached for comment.

Abercrombie Stock PLUMMETS After Dissing 'Jersey Shore'

Filed under: The Situation, Jersey Shore, Fashion, Exclusive Details, You Might Want to Rethink

0817_situation_anf_EXD
The Situation could have more market power than anyone imagined -- because a day after Abercrombie & Fitch offered him and the other "Jersey Shore" cast members cash NOT to wear its clothes ... the company's stock plummeted 9%.

Abercrombie's stock hit the new low today -- the first trading session since the company offered Sitch and the cast substantial $$$ to stop wearing A&F-branded products.

Abercrombie fired off a press release yesterday, offering the cast "a substantial payment" in return for not wearing its threads, claiming The Situation goes against the "aspirational nature of its brand."

A source directly connected with The Situation tells TMZ ... Abercrombie never personally contacted them, or in any way made a financial offer to stay away from A&F clothing.

Translation -- this stunt backfired big time.

Extension 2 English Major Work - Katie

Music written by: Jaime Tulau My Extension 2 English Major Work in 2010, titled "Katie", stars Madison Chippendale, Anita Harris and Tim Lagarenne. Thank you so much for your acting! I enjoyed this subject in year twelve because it enabled me to incorporate music composition, photography and film editing in to one major work. I scored 92% for this externally, which I was really happy with. Proposal Introduction: "If you truly love something, it can cause you the most pleasure and the most pain. In life, we must decide what is worth making sacrifices for. The theme of choosing what is most important to you, and making these decisions, is what I will be addressing in my major work -- where it will link to my passion for music. This is relevant to me, because I have to make sacrifices to be a good musician, and it is universally important because everyone has to make sacrifices and decide what in their life is worth fighting for; because nothing worth having comes easy. In my movie, I will express that nothing worth having comes easy through the plot of a female musician who is dying from abusing drugs, due to the lifestyle she undertook in order to succeed as a musician. Her lack of success will inevitably resort her to using drugs, which will result in the sacrifice of her relationships and everything else that is important. Unavoidably, when she finally accomplishes achieving musical success, after much hard work and commitment, she will have no one to support her, or ...

Richard Tucker: Verdi - Il Trovatore, 'Ah! sì, ben mio... Di quella pira!'

Richard Tucker (August 28, 1913 - January 8, 1975) was an American operatic tenor. Tucker was born Rivn (Rubin) Ticker in Brooklyn, New York, into a family of Romanian immigrants from Bessarabia. His father, Shmul (Sam) Ticker, and mother Fanya-Tsipa (Fanny) Ticker had already adopted the surname "Tucker" by the time their son entered first grade. His musical aptitude was discovered early, and was nurtured under the tutelage of Samuel Weisser at the Tifereth Israel synagogue in lower Manhattan. Tucker entered the Metropolitan Opera "Auditions of the Air" in 1941, but did not win. When Met general manager Edward Johnson came unannounced to the Brooklyn Jewish Center to hear Tucker sing, however, Johnson offered the tenor another audition and soon awarded him a contract. On January 25, 1945, under the baton of Emil Cooper, Tucker made his debut as Enzo in La Gioconda. The debut, one of the most successful in the annals of the Met, heralded Tucker's 30-year career as the leading American tenor of the postwar era. Shortly after his death, the Richard Tucker Music Foundation was established by his widow, sons, colleagues, and friends, "to perpetuate the memory of America's greatest tenor through projects in aid of gifted young singers." In the intervening decades, the Richard Tucker Foundation, whose annual televised concert has consistently awarded the largest vocal-music grants and scholarships.
